Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Now you can enjoy an entire plate of cookies without the guilt! You can even be like me — I was an extreme rebel and ate them for breakfast! They are perfect with a cup of coffee.


– 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
– 1 scoop of vanilla whey (I used ISO 100)
– 2 1/4 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Stevia to taste
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup quick oats
– 1/8 cup coconut flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips.
3. Scoop 6 dough balls onto a sprayed cookie sheet.
4. Place chocolate chips evenly on top of cookies.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
