Ingredients
- 14 grams protein powder*
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/2 apple, peeled, diced
- 1 tbs apple butter
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- start with 4 oz of almond milk
- ice
- 3 tbs walnut pieces

To make apple pie spice:
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ginger
