I gotta say, I’m 7 weeks in and I haven’t really lost any weight or inches (at least that I know of because I’ve been avoiding measurements like the plague) and I gotta say it’s quite frustrating. But what’s even more frustrating is that I tried the dress on this week...and it didn’t fit. And when I say frustrating, I mean devastating because it was a little tight when I first got it, but now it won’t even zip. If that’s not motivation to actually be super compliant I don’t know what is. I don’t have anyone to blame but myself, and it’s amazing how inches and weight can sneak up on you because I don’t feel bigger than I was when I bought the dress. But clothes don’t lie, that’s one thing I’ve learned. So there are really no nuggets to be learned except a meal plan doesn’t work unless you follow it.
I feel like another YIKES is appropriate. YIKES.
