At CNU Fit in Dover and Milford, we utilize our resources and make it our goal to help improve your everyday life through stretching. Everyone knows they should do some variation of stretching on a daily basis, but few individuals take the time or have the energy to perform stretching.

Clients in our Stretching Program want to be able to go through their day to day pain-free and do physical activities with confidence. They have had one or more of the following:

The lack of flexibility and mobility challenges cause fear, stress, and insecurities of being injured or re-injury with doing day to day activities and even more physical things.

At CNU Fit most of our clients used personal training & nutritional coaching to lose weight and joint pain. After 8 years and helping 2,100 clients, we realized that even with chiropractic care and massage therapy help our clients we still struggling with discomfort so we launched our stretching program.

CNU Fit has been opened for 8 years and have helped of 2,100 individuals reach their fitness goals. In 2017, Governor Carney and Mayor Robin Christenson recognized CNU Fit as a small business of the year nominee.

We have developed a 3 step process to CNU Fit (Seeing You Fit):

3. Get The Support And Guidance By Our Expert Team To Reach Your Goals With Regular Goal Check-Ins.


We offer 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions. All of our techniques are spine neutral, spine supported with proper postural positions in mind, meaning we never compromise or manipulate the neck or back. 


CNU Fit uses a unique method that works to increase your active range of motion and quality of movement unlike traditional methods that try to make you more “flexible” or “elastic”. We rely on the fact that the limiting factor to achieving full range of motion is not the length or elasticity of muscles but the nervous control of their tension via the stretch reflex.

Q: Is stretching good for me? What types of stretches do you perform? What should I wear during my stretching session?
Stretching is key for increasing mobility, flexibility, and increasing quality of life. We perform multiple types of stretching: static (holding a pose for a period of time), dynamic (stretching via controlled movements), passive, isometric, active and PNF stretches are valuable for gaining the most mobility. 

The majority of our clients wear athletic pants/shorts and a t-shirt or tank. We have restrooms available for clients to change. 

Q: How Are Your Employees Trained? 
All of our stretching instructors are certified trainers and undergo rigorous observations with hands-on practice sessions before they perform a stretching session individually. 

Q: How much does it cost? 
CNU Fit stretching sessions can range between $40-$110 plus gratuity.
