Ingredients:

4 Sweet Potatoes, Diced
3 packets Truvia
¼ C. Water
Cinnamon to taste
 

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix Potatoes, cinnamon, Truvia in large bowl.
Spray an oven and stovetop safe pan with olive oil, sear sweet potatoes.
Add ¼ cup water and cook down until caramelized.
Cover and place in over for 20 minutes.
