Barbecue Chicken Pizza

This is basically two recipes in one! I make this barbecue chicken almost every week and it is probably my favorite “macro hack” of all time because it tastes amazing and is probably the easiest thing you’ll ever make.

 

Barbecue Chicken Ingredients:

– 1 bottle of barbecue sauce (I used Walden Farms Thick & Spicy BBQ)
– 4oz chicken breasts

 

Barbecue Chicken Directions:

1. Place chicken and entire bottle of barbecue sauce in crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.
2. With a fork, break up chicken (it will fall apart) and stir. Enjoy!

 

Pizza Ingredients:

– ½ cup barbecue chicken
– ¼ cup sweet white onion
– ¼  cup pineapple
– 1 high fiber wrap (I use P28 Flat Bread)

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Saute onions over medium-high heat in skillet sprayed with Pam until they turn slightly brown.
3. Place wrap on a sprayed baking sheet/cookie sheet and assemble pizza with onion, barbecue chicken, and pineapple.
4. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
