Crock Pot Chicken Tacos 

Macros (1 serving = 4 oz chicken, 1/4 avocado, 2 mission wraps, 1/2 cup rice): 518 calories, 34g net carbs, 12g fat, 38g protein

Yields: 4 servings

16 oz chicken breasts
8 Carb Balance Mission Tortillas (4g net carbs)
2 cups rice (brown or white)
2 cups salsa (no corn)
1 whole avocado
1 packet taco seasoning

Onion, tomato, jalapenos, other unlimited veggies, to taste

Directions: On low heat, place rinsed, raw chicken breasts, taco seasoning, and salsa in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours (or high for 4 hours). Once finished, begin pulling chicken apart with 2 forks, to create pulled chicken for the tacos.  Once shredded, begin building your tacos!  Add 2 ounces of chicken each to 2 mission tortillas.  Top with 1/4 avocado, and any of your favorite veggies. Enjoy with 1/2 cup rice on the side, or in your tacos.    

*For BBQ chicken tacos, simply add a bottle of your favorite Walden Farms BBQ Sauce to the crock pot instead of taco seasoning.  We recommend the Thick & Spicy BBQ!*
