CNU Fit is Central Delaware’s top transformation studio for busy professionals to lose weight, fit their clothes better, and increase their energy. We’ve been in business for the past 14 years, and during that time we’ve helped over 3,500 people lose over 45,000 lbs.

We specialize with working with individuals with limitations, pain, and chronic diseases. All of our programs are custom designed to increase mobility and speed up your metabolism, so you can lose weight and keep it off long term.

Our semi-private training allows you get the individualized attention of personal training and the camaraderie of a community.

Lastly flexible scheduling. At CNU Fit you will access to all locations as well as appointment times every 30 minutes.

Stretch therapy is a form of bodywork that includes assisted stretching to help alleviate pain, improve posture, decrease soreness, and increase flexibility.

Unlike traditional massage therapy, stretch therapy focuses on moving your body through its full range of motion, helping to loosen up tight muscles, connective tissue and restore mobility.

FUN!!! Each member receives personalized workout plans that align with their fitness goals and individual challenges, offering a balance of personal guidance and group support. You start with a full body warm up then you work on functional movements to increase strength and balance, aftwards joint friendly cardio and finish with a stretch!

While individual results vary, you can expect to see improvements in your strength, energy levels, mobility, and overall health. Our programs are designed not just for physical transformation but also to enhance your well-being and quality of life. CNU Stretch & Massage

  • What’s Different: Massage makes your muscles feel less tight and helps calm them down. But, it doesn’t really change how long your muscles are. CNU Stretch makes your muscles longer and helps them stay that way without pressing through your muscles.

CNU Stretch & Chiropractic Care

  • How It’s Different: Chiropractors help you better by making adjustments, but this doesn’t always last long. CNU Stretch helps loosen the tight muscles and works with your nervous system connective tissue to train your body to move differently for lasting results. 

CNU Stretch & Yoga

  • Yoga vs. Stretch: Yoga is great for feeling less stressed and more flexible. But some yoga moves might be hard for people with tight muscles or injuries. CNU Stretch is easier to do because it fits how flexible you already are and helps you stretch without getting hurt.
