Calorie Dense Diet vs. High Volume Diet

Always hungry when trying to diet? A huge contributor to being hungry when dieting is food choice! ⁠As you can see in the images, the high-volume diet provides much more food than the calorie-dense diet.⁣⁠

Calorie-dense diets aren’t bad by any means, but they tend to make you less full since the volume of food consumed is typically very low. ⁠A high-volume diet will allow you to eat more food, which will help you feel more full.⁠

It’s not about how much you eat in terms of volume. It’s more about choosing the diet that will make YOU happy and compliant with your macro targets. ⁠
