CNU Fit’s Top 12 Clients of 2017: Day 12 – Piper Harris

It’s our last day of highlighting CNU Fit’s Top 12 Clients of 2017, and we just want to wind down by saying we are so proud of all our clients and look forward to announcing our 12 new clients for 2018!

That being said, our final Top 12 Client of 2017 is none other than Piper Harris!

Piper had been a client at CNU Fit before, and thought that she could manage a healthy lifestyle without the guidance and support of her CNU Fit Family. However, she soon found out that without the knowledge and accountability that CNU Fit gave her, she slipped back into habits like overeating the wrong foods.

And even though Piper was exercising regularly, she didn’t have any energy and wasn’t seeing the results she desired. She had a very specific goal: she wanted to reduce her waist to 34 inches and gain muscle. Contrary to popular belief, the best way to reduce belly fat is not through crunches or ab exercises; it’s through nutrition, the area Piper struggled the most in.

Piper knew she needed a lifestyle change, but it didn’t occur to her to come back to CNU Fit until Evans Armantrading Jr., CNU Fit’s CEO, sent her a message about trying out our group strength training class. She decided she would give it a shot and was immediately reminded of the reason she loved CNU Fit in the first place: the fun environment and knowledgeable staff.

Piper loved it so much she signed up for one on one personal training, in which a personal trainer designs and manages a workout based specifically on a client’s goals and needs. And once our Stretching Program expanded, she signed up for a stretching contract so that in addition to losing weight and meeting her goals she was gaining flexibility and mobility, as well as reducing muscle pain and soreness.

Now Piper is seeing the results she couldn’t reach on her own, and continues to show up with hard work and determination in order to make her goals a reality! We are so proud of Piper and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in 2018!

Piper’s advice for those who want to lose weight, fit their clothes better, increase their confidence, and boost their energy is this: “You have to want to change yourself, your lifestyle. You must stay focused on your goals and don’t get discouraged if you have a bad food day. We all have bad days and life changes that affect us, but the staff is there to support you at all times!”
