So let me tell you about me, my company and the coaching position.

My name is Evans Armantrading Jr. and I run a fitness and nutrition coaching company called CNU Fit in Dover, DE. My business is dedicated to helping women and men achieve their health and fitness goals through customized nutrition and fitness programs. And business is booming! I’m looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person to start training some of our current clients.
My studio is located on Forrest Ave (Route 8) in Dover. I currently offer one-on-one customized nutrition and fitness programs, group coaching classes, and nutrition counseling, which educate, motivate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness.

Clients begin with an initial 6 or 12 month metabolic coaching package, which includes exercise nutritional plan design, nutritional supplement recommendations, biweekly coaching sessions, fitness assessments, and unlimited email support. If you are hired for this position, you’ll begin clients in the studio 2-4 days a week for 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Sat depending on schedule.

Must have a strong attention to detail, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsible for handling all aspects pertaining to the Metabolic Coaching Program, including fulfilling the Nutrition Coach role.

Specific Functions:

  • Assist in marketing Metabolic Coaching Program
  • Upsell products and services to personal training clients
  • Work closely with our nutritionist to aid clients in lifestyle behavior change
  • Lead clients in coaching session
  • Teach on macronutrients, calories and the effects of healthy eating

Expected Outcomes:

  • Net 3 new clients monthly
  • Generate two (2) new client testimonials per month
  • Maintain a client satisfaction score of 8.5 or better 
  • Maintain $1000 in store sales monthly 
  • Increase engagement through meaningful and valuable conversations in Facebook Groups to increase value through videos and comments at least 3 x per week 
  • 90% Retention or conversion to lifestyle

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Must have basic understanding of weight loss and sports nutrition, meaning that there needs to be a basic interest in learning about how nutrition affects performance/results of potential and current CNU Fit clientele.
  • Nutrition/Health related degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to be a leader and implement program as specified.
  • Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills.
