Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is for all you cookie lovers out there! Food isn’t meant to be boring, and exciting, decadent food doesn’t have to mean bad for you. Just take this cookie recipe for example! Full of protein, this cookie recipe will be the perfect thing for movie nights, parties, and more!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops ISO 100 Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tbs splenda or stevia baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs coconut shreds (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. mix all dry ingredients together
  3. mix all wet ingredients together in separate bowl
  4. combine wet and dry ingredients together and add chocolate chips
  5. spray a cookie sheet with PAM spray
  6. Form dough into 12 1′ balls and space them equally on the sheet
  7. flatten them down and put in the oven for 15-20 mins!
  8. Enjoy!
