Breakfast made simple!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
Vanilla Muscle Egg ½ Cup
Ostrim (Any Flavor) 1 Stick
Spinach 2-3 Cups
Cheese (Mozzarella) ¼ Cup
Whole Wheat Toast – 2 slices

Directions:
- After measuring out muscle egg, place in a bowl and set aside.
- Dice Ostrim stick and heat in
pan . Add to muscle egg mixture. - Rinse spinach briefly and pat dry.
- Preheat
stove top and pan, pour in egg mixture and sprinkle spinach over top. - Cook until edges are bubbling up, drain excess to one side of pan to
insure all the egg cooks, then fold in half and flip until desired texture is achieved. - Toast bread, add to
plate , and enjoy!
