Recipes | Breakfast: Tasty Ostrim and Spinach Omelet


Breakfast made simple!

Serves 1


Vanilla Muscle Egg ½ Cup

Ostrim (Any Flavor) 1 Stick

Spinach 2-3 Cups

Cheese (Mozzarella) ¼ Cup

Whole Wheat Toast – 2 slices

Meal Estimate: [40g Protein / 29g Carbs / 9g Fat / 370 Calories]



  1. After measuring out muscle egg, place in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Dice Ostrim stick and heat in pan. Add to muscle egg mixture.
  3. Rinse spinach briefly and pat dry.
  4. Preheat stove top and pan, pour in egg mixture and sprinkle spinach over top.
  5. Cook until edges are bubbling up, drain excess to one side of pan to insure all the egg cooks, then fold in half and flip until desired texture is achieved.
  6. Toast bread, add to plate, and enjoy!
