Egg Wrap

Yield: 1 Wrap (We used Low Carb Balance Wrap from Mission) 

This wrap is a great way to satisfy your sandwich craving without the carbs! You can also reduce fat by substituting egg whites for the egg. Feel free to add any ingredients of choice inside the wrap, get creative!

Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 11g whipped cream cheese
– 60g turkey breast
– 80g egg whites
– salt and pepper to taste
– 6-7 leaves of spinach

 

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk egg, egg whites, salt and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
2. Cook on stovetop (sprayed with pam) over medium heat; do not stir. Cook it like a pancake and flip when the first side has finished cooking.
3. Place egg on a plate and assemble wrap with spinach, turkey, and cream cheese. Enjoy!
