Recipes | Oatmeal Muffin

Tired of the same old soggy oatmeal? Try this great new twist on a breakfast classic.

Yields 4
Each muffin contains: Calories 80, Fat .8g, Carb 14g, Protein 4.6g
 

Ingredients:
2 packets instant oatmeal (Any flavor)
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp vanilla
½ cup MuscleEgg
¼ cup XS or Club Soda

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Bake in non-stick pan at 400 F for 20 minutes.
