Recipes | Spinach and Apple Salad

Easy to make, fast to finish!

Total Calories: 134 Macros: 25 grams Carb, 2.5 grams Protein, 2.5 grams Fat

Serves 2

Ingredients:
Red Pepper (dash)
1/4 cup Apple Cider vinegar
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1 TBS Sesame seeds
1 Whole Celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 Whole Large bunch spinach, washed, stems removed, chilled
1 Whole Large red apple, thinly sliced and peeled
2 packets Truvia
2 Whole Green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Step 1 In a large bowl, tear spinach into small pieces.
Step 2 Combine with the rest of the vegetables and apple. Toss.
Step 3 In a small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing – sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, Truvia, paprika and dash of red pepper.
Step 4 Pour over salad.
