Shekinah Brown is CNU Fit's Lead Stretch Therapist at the Dover studio.
She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is certified in CNU Stretch Levels I through IV. As a CNU Stretch instructor, Shekinah also helps teach CNU Stretch certification courses for fitness professionals across the country, alongside her one-on-one stretch therapy clients.
