CNU Fit’s Top 12 Clients of 2017: Day 7 – Kristen Karnbach

Our clients are the reason we show up to the studio every morning excited and ready to go! Their enthusiasm, dedication, and hard work are the reason we strive to empower individuals to be the best versions of themselves, and without them we wouldn’t be where we are today.

That being said, we still have plenty of clients that we want to shine some light on. For today, we want to highlight Kristen Karnbach!

Kristen is new to CNU Fit, but immediately fit right in to the family! She’s always smiling and so proud of the accomplishments she has been able to achieve in the three months she’s been with us, but she didn’t start off as confident.

Like many busy professionals, Kristen has had a hard time fitting health into her everyday lifestyle. As a vet-tech, she works late hours some days and doesn’t always have a predictable schedule. Because she didn’t have the time or motivation to eat healthy and exercise, Kristen lost confidence in herself. She felt like she wasn’t attractive, but didn’t want this to dictate her happiness or success.

When she signed up, Kristen’s goal was to lose 30 lbs and though she isn’t at her goal yet, she’s now the lowest weight she’s been since high school!

She attributes her success to CNU Fit’s ability to fit in her busy schedule as well as the guidance she has received from both the metabolic coaching program and the personal training program. She knows that unlike traditional gym memberships and personal trainers that offer incomplete programs without accountability, CNU Fit is the only one that has a non-intimidating environment with all the tools needed to deliver long-term, sustainable results.

Not only has she lost weight, but Kristen has gained a completely different view of herself, one where she is confident in her body and determined to take on the world!

Keep up the hard work Kristen! We are so proud of you and we love seeing your smiling face every time you come in! We can’t wait to see what 2018 brings you!
