Meal Prep Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

It’s football season, and you know what that means: Snack food!!! 

This can be daunting for someone trying to lose weight, but it doesn’t have to be. Some of your favorite treats can be converted into goal friendly recipes that you don’t have to feel guilty about!

This buffalo chicken dip is easy and delicious, perfect to pair with veggies, bread, or other carbs!

Serves: 9, Serving Size: 150 g
Calories: 267

Protein: 36 g, Carbs: 3 g, Fat: 12 g

Ingredients

  • 1000 g RAW boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1- 3oz can Swanson white premium chicken (drained)
  • 200 g 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 60 g 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Kraft
  • 52 g Finely shredded mild cheddar cheese Kraft
  • 350 g low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (or more!!!) Frank’s Red Hot Hot Sauce to taste!
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 Green onions, sliced

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  • Boil raw chicken breast until fully cooked
  • Once chicken is fully cooked, shred with two forks until completely shredded
  • Mix with all ingredients, except for the cheddar cheese
  • Put in baking dish and top with cheddar cheese
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until browned on top
  • Serve with veggies or other carbs and enjoy!
