Festive flavors for the fall… or all year round!

Total Calories: 331 Carb – 37 grams, Protein – 30 grams, Fat – 6 grams

Serves 1

Ingredients:
½ bananas (frozen)
6 ice cubes
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 scoop Dymatize ISO Vanilla Protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Place frozen banana and ice cubes in blender and pulse until crushed. Add all other ingredients and liquefy until smooth.
